Spacious Standard Twin Room with a relaxing bath, high-quality room-cleaning service, and comfortable bed. The huge bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. I appreciated the ample breakfast options. Could choose cleaning times, which was super convenient. The street view was busy, but quiet at night. Excellent overall!

We enjoyed the continental breakfast in the lovely room with a nice garden patio. The location was perfect for exploring the city and close to many great restaurants. Traveling with young kids was manageable, and the staff provided friendly assistance during our stay.

My wife says that the rooms could really use an upgrade and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable on warm nights.

santa lucia is in a great spot, just a short walk from plaza de armas and cerro de santa lucia. the friendly staff really made a difference, especially when they helped us book a taxi. we also appreciated the food packs they provided when we left early, since we missed breakfast.

Additionally, the lack of air conditioning on warmer nights made the stay less comfortable than hoped.
